Below is a link to show you exactly step by step how to create your binder. As you create it if you have any questions please post them as you will want to get this step completed as soon as possible so you can easily locate all your coupons at a moments notice.. If you are in a store and notice they have a clearance on an item you have a coupon for you don't want to have to stand in the middle of the store and flip through coupons to find the one your or looking for or worse yet discover you left it at home.. So this is why I recommend this method although it is a bit more time consuming to put together after your finished you can easily locate all your coupons with ease..
